The Prawn Nebula (IC 4628) lies around 6,000 light-years away in Scorpius. This star-forming region displays striking striations of ionized gas sculpted by stellar winds and radiation. The photographer took 83 hours of exposure in the Hubble palette with a 6-inch f/7 refractor.
