In this episode, Astronomy magazine Editor Emeritus Dave Eicher invites you to head out on the evening of December 26 and watch the Moon pass close to Saturn. Binoculars will give you a great view of Luna, but even a telescope won’t reveal much of Saturn’s famous rings. That’s because they’re tilted edge-on to us right now. Good luck!
