Thanks to rapid follow-up observations by the Keck Observatory in Hawaii on Nov. 6, researchers found that since JWST imaged Titan on Nov. 4, Cloud A appears to be rotating into view while Cloud B seems to be either dissipating or revolving out of view. Another possibility is that the clouds seen in the Keck images are entirely different clouds than those captured by JWST.
