Jones-Emberson 1 is a very faint planetary nebula about 1,600 light-years away in Lynx, with a magnitude 16.8 central star and two brighter lobes along its shell — earning it the nickname the Headphone Nebula. This image was captured with an 8-inch scope at f/4.8, a one-shot color camera, and just over 54 hours of exposure.
