I have the camera and I have used 2 times Is a good product for starting with a ccd . I'm new on astrophotography. It is a new product that is a good product o start as a beginner. I have manage to take 2 pictures and im now learning. It will be better if Orion makes a better effort to help new users to get use this product. the manual is not so good but with a little of practice you can learn.

It looks like it's made of plastic. With all the complications involved in hooking these computer-powered CCD gadgets into the field (not to mention the computer), I'd just as soon stick with my Canon Rebel T1i (500D).
