ISTAR Optical’s Phantom CFT 152-8 incorporates a 6-inch (156 millimeters) f/7.8 calcium-fluoride lens into its apochromatic triplet refractor/astrograph. The optics offer a flat field for DSLR photography. ISTAR Optical crafted the scope’s entire body from magnesium alloys.
