The Amateur Telescope Makers of Boston
(ATMoB) traces its roots back to the 1930s. In 1973, the Bond Astronomical Society, another long-standing club, merged with ATMoB, making one of the oldest and largest general-interest astronomy clubs in the United States.
In this week's show, Virginia Renehan, president of ATMoB, discusses her club's activities and the art of telescope making.
