The Horsehead Nebula - The Horsehead Nebula (Barnard 33) is probably the sky’s most famous dark nebula. It lies in the constellation Orion the Hunter. Such objects are made of dust and ultra-cold gas, mostly hydrogen. As time passes, this cloud will turn into a star-forming region. (4.2-inch Orion Telescopes ED110 refractor, QHYCCD QHY9 monochrome CCD camera, eighteen 5-minute exposures, stacked)
